Introduction to Leaderex

Leaderex has established itself as a pivotal event in South Africa, aimed at fostering inspiration, education, and networking opportunities for attendees through interactions with over 500 leading CEOs and entrepreneurs and 250 masterclasses. Our team adeptly manages the overnight transformations of exhibition spaces, stands, meeting rooms and branding to ensure a fresh, relevant setup for each day's events, showcasing our project management and logistical efficiency. 

Our Journey with Leaderex

Roles and Responsibilities:

Our role encompassed a wide range of services, tailored to meet the diverse needs of the event and its participants:

• Electrical Reticulation and Standby Technicians: Ensuring an uninterrupted power supply and immediate technical support throughout the event.

• Exhibitor and Services Management: From managing Mugg & Bean food and drink vouchers to providing lead management scanners, our service management facilitated a seamless experience for both exhibitors and attendees.

• Custom-Built Infrastructure: Soundproof board rooms and VIP meeting rooms were constructed to facilitate private, high-level discussions, while custom-built bar counters enhanced the hospitality experience.

Project Management Excellence

The complexity of Leaderex, requiring multiple nightly transformations of the event space, showcases our project management prowess. Our meticulous planning, coordination, and execution ensured that each day's event is set up and ready to go, despite the tight turnaround times.
