Expo Solutions believes in “Solutions through Partnerships”. We go the extra mile to ensure
our clients’ events are smooth-running and all details are considered.

Our participation in events does not start from the first day of on-site build up. We often find ourselves working on future projects that only physically start after a few months of initial engagement. Working closely with all our clients from the concept stage, we assist with every aspect ranging from:

  • Choice of a suitable venue
  • Drawing up and management of floor plans
  • Ensuring all occupational safety and health compliance aspects
  • Approval of plans from city to JOC level
  • Overall look and feel in terms of branding guidelines and execution
  • Management and appointment of sub-contractors
  • Exhibitor liaison and creation of show manuals for service orders
  • Pre, during and post-show analysis.

CUSTOM-DESIGNED STANDS

We translate concept and ideas into innovative stand designs, taking client budgets into consideration.

All custom design stands are produced in our fully fitted custom department, which includes woodworking and spray painting facilities. Our finish is top class and highly rated amongst our local and international clients.

Several awards for our shop-fit design stands have been received, including 2017’s Best Design Stand Large Stand Category (101sqm – 200sqm) for the SITA stand at GovTech
2017.

SHELL SCHEME AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Our offering starts with basic shell scheme stand packages.

A level up are shell scheme upgrades, which include graphics and fabric banners. The third tier of shell scheme stands cater for more complex requirements; we use Octanorm systems more creatively to design these stands.

Our stock comprises of 6 500sqm of Octanorm system, enabling us to deliver mega trade exhibitions like Africa Aerospace and Defence, as well as consumer shows like Whisky Live Festival and the national MamaMagic expos and Getaway shows.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Working closely with our clients to ensure that we meet both marketing and logistics requirements.

We manage the project from start to finish including conceptualising events, designing and floor planning, supplying exhibitor manuals and offering a full range of exhibitor services.

SKILLS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Currently, Expo Solutions owns its infrastructure stock and has the capacity to deliver over 33 000sqm of carpet, build over 12 000sqm of Octanorm based system stands and complete the full electrical reticulation thereof with both fixtures, fittings and distribution. To complement the vast stock holding, we employ skilled and experienced carpenters, builders and spray-painters who deliver world-class quality custom build elements of all sizes.

Our in-house design department, which operates on a variety of design packages including CAD, Revit and 3D Studio Max, continuously strive to meet every client’s brief in terms of functionality, creativity and budget.
